Our dedicated team works closely with clients to define a unique vision, from creating detailed plans and moodboards
that provide a visual aesthetic, to the selection of all design elements. Prelude Events Studio ensures that every detail — stationery, entertainment, florals, lighting, custom furniture, graphics, draperies and linens, to name a few — is thoughtfully defined and clearly communicated to our event partners, and that all pieces are in perfect harmony to execute an exquisite event.
We are the first to arrive on-site and the very last to leave on event day. We provide a fully prepared logistics team and
unlimited hours of service to supervise the timely installation of all elements. Prelude is there to receive vendor deliveries, manage set-up of decor, infrastructure, staging and entertainment, provide guest assistance, cue activities for a
successful event flow, and liaise with venue management.
