STAY CURIOUS, TAKE RISKS
AND BEAUTIFUL THINGS WILL HAPPEN
In my event design world, there is no, “cookie cutter,” approach. I begin each project with fresh ideas and thoughtful consideration of my client. When it comes to creating spaces timelessness is key.The design of your event should be a reflection of who you are. So much of design can seem daunting because of the excessive amount of choices that are available. I enjoy taking some of the mystery out of design so clients can feel confident through the design process and while at their event.

PLANNING
EVENTS FROM A-Z
Prelude Events Studio takes great pride in creating the most unique celebrations. We address every matter throughout the planning process. This includes – location selection, appointment and supervision of creative partners and vendors that align with the client’s budget and aesthetic, catering and menu planning, and paper suite advice. We go even further with the creation of detailed timelines and drawings, budget development, and integration
of all design and production elements.
DESIGNING
THE DETAILS MATTER
Our dedicated team works closely with clients to define a unique vision, from creating detailed plans and moodboards that provide a visual aesthetic, to the selection of all design elements. Prelude Events Studio ensures that every detail — stationery, entertainment, florals, lighting, custom furniture, graphics, draperies and linens, to name a few — is thoughtfully defined and clearly communicated to our event partners, and that all pieces are in perfect harmony to execute an exquisite event.

EXECUTING
FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END
Our team are the first to arrive on-site and the very last to leave on event day. We provide a fully prepared logistics team and unlimited hours of service to supervise the timely installation of all elements. We are there to receive vendor deliveries, manage set-up of decor, infrastructure, staging and entertainment, provide guest assistance, cue activities for a successful event flow, and liaise with venue management. We ensure that the client’s vision is sustained and expectations exceeded.
There are two things that make a room timeless:
a sense of history and a piece of the future.
